Shipping & Returns
Every piece is made by hand, one at a time — here's what to expect once you order.
Dispatch times
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Because each piece is handmade individually and every order is a single, one-of-a-kind item, please allow a little extra care and time compared to mass-produced goods.
Where I ship
I currently ship to the UK and Europe. If you're ordering from outside the UK or Europe, please contact me before placing your order so we can sort out shipping and cost together.
Delivery cost
Shipping to the UK and Europe is a fixed flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay. If you're ordering from outside the UK or Europe, please contact me before placing your order so I can work out the shipping cost for your destination.
Change-of-mind returns
As each bag is one-of-a-kind, I'd always rather sort out any issue directly than process a formal return — so if anything isn't right, please get in touch first and I'll do my best to fix it.
That said, if you've simply changed your mind, UK law gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and receive a refund, provided the item is returned unused and in its original condition. Just email hello@everythreadbyo.com within that window to arrange it. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me at hello@everythreadbyo.com with a photo as soon as possible, and I'll sort out a repair, replacement, or refund.
