Who I am
Everythread by O. is a small, independently run handmade business based in London, England. This policy explains what personal data I collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
What I collect
I only collect the information needed to take your order or respond to your message:
- When you place an order: your name, email address, and delivery address. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — I never see or store your card details on this website.
- When you use the contact form: your name, email address, and whatever message you send me.
How I use it
Your information is used only to fulfil and dispatch your order, or to reply to your enquiry. I don't use it for marketing, and I don't sell or share it with anyone outside of what's needed to process your order (see below).
Payment processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe handles and stores your payment details according to their own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. I don't have access to your full card details at any point.
Cookies & tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or any advertising trackers.
How long I keep your data
I keep order information only for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet standard UK bookkeeping and tax obligations, after which it's deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data I hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and object to how it's used. To do any of this, just email me at hello@everythreadbyo.com.

If this policy ever changes, the most current version will always be here on this page.
